So far this summer Mother Nature has been reminding us just who’s the boss. Recently, Ontario experienced torrential rains in early July, and tornado force winds this past Friday; and, for all of these events we can Blame it on the weather.
So, when an emergency hits, and it will, it is best to be prepared. If you are not sure how to begin to be ready for the next event, why not watch these two videos created by Common Craft. They recommend you start by making an emergency plan, and by having an emergency kit. These two videos, written in plain English, explains how to make that plan and what should be included in the kit and why.
